Not satisfied with the white-on-white medium, we armed ourselves with some spray bottles filled with red and blue food coloring. Since the snow wasn’t quite packing properly, the boys also brought out another spray bottle filled with water. This proved very useful in crafting our shark fins.

This wasn’t the first doomed snowman of the year. A couple weeks ago, my kids crafted an homage to Calvin all on their own.
